Fucoxanthin attenuates LPS-induced acute lung injury via inhibition of the TLR4/MyD88 signaling axis

The cells were pretreated with Fucoxanthin (5, 10, and 20 μM) for 1 h and then stimulated with LPS (100ng/mL) for 24 h. Untreated cells served as control. The total RNA was prepared, and the mRNA expression levels of (A) Cox-2, (B) iNOS, (C) IL-1β, (D) il-10, (E) IL-6, and (F) TNF-α were determined by qRT-PCR.
