Fucoxanthin suppresses LPS-induced activation of NF-κB signaling in RAW 264.7 cells. (A) RAW264.7 cells were pretreated with the indicated concentrations of Fucoxanthin for 1 h before being stimulated with LPS for another 24 h. p-NF-κB was determined by immunofluorescence staining.
