Up-regulation of miR-204 inhibits proliferation, invasion and apoptosis of gallbladder cancer cells by targeting Notch2

Clinical value of miR-204 in gallbladder carcinoma. (A) The expression of miR-204 in gallbladder carcinoma was decreased as detected by microarray; (B) The expression of miR-204 in patients serum from the study group was significantly decreased; (C) ROC curve of serum miR-204 in diagnosing gallbladder carcinoma, and the AUC was 0.884.
