The expression of PD-L1 was analyzed by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) in the cells. (C, D) The MDA-MB-231 and BT-549 cells were treated with IFN-γ (200 ng/mL), or co-treated with IFN-γ (200 ng/mL) and Rg3-CNT (60 μg/ml).
