Long non-coding RNA HCP5 functions as a sponge of miR-29b-3p and promotes cell growth and metastasis in hepatocellular carcinoma through upregulating DNMT3A

DNMT3A is a negative regulatory target gene of miR-29b-3p, and DNMT3A promotes hepatocellular carcinoma proliferation, metastasis and invasion. (A) Bioinformatics predictions showed that there is a direct binding site of miR-29b-3p on DNMT3A.
