Zhoushi Qiling decoction induces apoptosis of human prostate cancer cells via miR-143/Bcl-2 axis

Zhoushi Qiling decoction effects caspase-3 activity and Bax and Bcl-2 expression levels via miR-143 in DU145 cells. (A) Bcl-2 was predicted as a direct target of miR-143 by the online software Targetscan. (B) Luciferase reporter assay was conducted in DU145 to verify the direct binding between miR-143 and Bcl-2.
