CircRNA FUT10 regulates the regenerative potential of aged skeletal muscle stem cells by targeting HOXA9

HOXA9 is a direct miR-365a-3p target. (A) Potential miR-365a-3p targets were identified in the HOXA9 3′ UTR using TargetScan software. (B) Adult and aged (C) SkMSCs were transfected with both miR-365a-3p mimic and wild-type or mutant HOXA9 3′ UTR. Binding activity was detected by dual-luciferase activity.
