Figure 5. Effect of CYP on MAPK activation induced by IL-1β (10 ng/ml). (A) Molecular docking results of CYP with p38, JNK and ERK showed that CYP was embedded in the binding pockets of proteins. Hydrogen bonds were built between CYP and LYS-53, ASP-168, GLU-109, MET-111, LEU-107 and MET-108. Expression levels of p-p38, p38, p-ERK, ERK, p-JNK and JNK were detected by western blot assay (B) and quantified by Image Lab software (C).
