Hsa-circ-0007292 promotes the osteogenic differentiation of posterior longitudinal ligament cells via regulating SATB2 by sponging miR-508-3p

(D) The enhanced ALP staining of non-OPLL cells treated with hsa_circ_0007292 overexpression plasmid was reversed by miR-508-3p mimic. (E, F) The miR-508-3p mimic rescued the osteogenic effects caused by hsa_circ_0007292 overexpression, as explored by qRT-PCR and Western Blot(n=3).
