NLRC5 attenuates inflammatory response in IL-1β-stimulated human osteoarthritis chondrocytes through the NF-κB signaling pathway

Overexpression of NLRC5 attenuated IL-1β-induced inflammatory injury in human OA chondrocytes. The pcDNA3.1-NLRC5 or pcDNA3.1 vector was transfected into chondrocytes, followed by IL-1β (10 ng/ml) stimulation for 24 h.
