Figure 6. Rutin showed potential binding with TRAF-6 and BCL-2 proteins. Docking study was done and the surface solid pose showed potential binding of Rutin with TRAF-6 and BCL-2. The Ligand (Rutin) was majorly encapsulated in both the protein structures.
