Ectopic expression of ALKBH5 inhibited the migration and invasion of ESCC cells in vitro. (A–D) Wound healing assays were performed in ALKBH5-expressing ESCC cells. The migration ability was determined by measuring the distance from the boundary of the scratch created to the cell-free space after 24 h.
