Inhibition of FSTL3 abates the proliferation and metastasis of renal cell carcinoma via the GSK-3β/β-catenin signaling pathway

FSTL3 knockdown suppressed RCC proliferation and metastasis and boosted cell apoptosis. (A) The conditioned medium (CM) of RCC cells with FSLT3 overexpression or down-regulation was collected.
