MIR503HG impeded ovarian cancer progression by interacting with SPI1 and preventing TMEFF1 transcription

class="figure-viewer-img"

Figure 7. Overexpression of MIR503HG impeded ovarian cancer xenograft tumor growth in vivo. SKOV3 cells infected with lentiviral empty vector or Lv-MIR503HG were subcutaneously injected into the right flank of each mouse. Cell concentration was adjusted to 1 × 107 cells/mL, and each mouse was injected with 100 μL of cell suspension. (A) Representative images of tumors. (B) Tumor size was measured weekly with a vernier caliper. Four weeks later, mice were anesthetized, and (C) tumor weight was evaluated. (D, E) The expression of MIR503HG, SPI1, and TMEFF1 in tumor tissues was analyzed. *P < 0.05. n = 10 in each group. Each test was repeated at least three times independently.
