Doxorubicin induced hADMSC cells were treated with different concentrations of Artemisia argyi water extract (50, 100 and 200 μg/ml) for 24 hours and were stained with anti-Klotho (green) and anti-p21 (red). The nuclear translocation of p21 induced by doxorubicin was blocked by Artemisia argyi (AAW) water extract dose dependently. Reduction of Klotho expression due to doxorubicin was also successfully replenished by AAW.
