Anti-pan-Cadherin antibody was performed as a control for isolation purity and Actin antibody was performed as a control for protein loading. (C) Representative blot and immunoblot analysis using anti-Parkin antibody was performed in liver lysates from middle-aged mice fed a LFD and HFD and (D) in young and middle-aged mice fed a HFD.
