Repeated measures of variance of analysis was used for the analysis in B and one-way variance of analysis was used for the other analyses. The experiment was repeated three times. PBS, cells treated with phosphate buffered saline; MSCs-mimic NC, mesenchymal stem cells transfected with mimic negative control; MSCs-miR-199a mimic, mesenchymal stem cells transfected with miR-199a mimic.
