Aquaporin 9 inhibits growth and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells via Wnt/β-catenin pathway

The levels of AQP9 were examined in HCC tissues with various tumor diameter (B) lymph node metastasis (C) and different TNM stages (D). Survival rate of 50 HCC patients with different AQP9 expression levels (E) and those in the GEPIA database (F); 182 cases with high-/low-expression were analyzed. The results were represented as mean ± SD. P<0.05 vs. control group. Each experiment was repeated 3 times.
