(A) The expression of DLX6-AS1 was over-expressed by pcDNA3.1-DLX6-AS1 or down-regulated by sh-DLX6-AS1 in T24 and RT4 cells, and the transfection efficiency was identified by qRT-PCR. (B) Cell proliferation of T24 and RT4 cells with pcDNA3.1-DLX6-AS1 or sh-DLX6-AS1 transfection was determined by CCK-8 assay.
