LncRNA FAM181A-AS1 sponges miR-129-5p in glioma cells. (A) The diagrammatic representation shows miR-129-5p-binding sites in the wild-type and mutant FAM181A-AS1sequences. (B) Dual luciferase reporter assay results show relative firefly luciferase activity in U87 and U251 cell lines transfected with miR-129-5p mimic and vectors containing FAM181A-AS1 with wild-type (WT) or mutant (MUT) miR-129-5p-binding sites.
