Cancer-associated fibroblasts secreted miR-103a-3p suppresses apoptosis and promotes cisplatin resistance in non-small cell lung cancer

class="figure-viewer-img"

Figure 7. In vivo role of exo-miR-103a-3p in regulating apoptosis and chemo-sensitivity of NSCLC tumors. The nude mice were injected NCI-H1650 cells transfected with or without a mixture of CAFs transfected with miR-103a-3p or AMO-miR-103a-3p or NC. These mice were then injected with either cisplatin (5 mg/Kg/ 5 days) or saline after 7days of cells injection. (A) Alterations of tumor diameters in each group. (B) Weight measurements of the tumors. (C) qRT-PCR analyzed Bak1 mRNA levels in tumors. (D) The protein expression of Bak1 and apoptosis related protein Bax, Caspase3 and Caspase9 were analyzed by western bolt. *p<0.05.
