DOK3 is involved in microglial cell activation in neuropathic pain by interacting with GPR84

GPR84 activation-induced inflammatory responses are partially mediated via DOK3 in microglia. Microglia were incubated with 6-n-octylaminouracil (6-OAU) for 120 min at different concentrations (1, 10, or 100 μM). (A, B) DOK3 mRNA levels at different time-points were determined by RT-qPCR. (C–E) DOK3 (C), p-p38 (D), and Iba-1 (E) protein levels were determined using western immunoblotting analysis. (F–H) Lentivirus-infected microglia were exposed to 6-OAU (1 μM, 60 min); and TNF-α (F), IL-1β (G), and IL-6 (H) mRNA levels were determined by RT-qPCR.
