EPHA5 mutations predict survival after immunotherapy in lung adenocarcinoma

EPHA5 mutation is correlated with increased TMB and occurred concurrently with DNA repair pathways in Chinses LUAD patients. (A) Mutational landscape of the Chinese LUAD cohort. (B) EPHA5-Mut tumors had a markedly higher TMB than EPHA5-WT tumors. (C) EPHA5 mutations occurred concurrently with HR and MMR pathways.
