MITF functions as a tumor suppressor in non-small cell lung cancer beyond the canonically oncogenic role

Knockdown of MITF increases metastasis and tumorigenesis but inhibits angiogenesis. (A) Intravenous injection with stable shMITF-harboring and scramble CL1-0 cells to SCID mice.
