Resveratrol ameliorates bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis by suppressing HIF-1α and NF-κB expression. (A) The expression of NF-κB in BEAS-2B cells with and without siRNA-HIF-1α transfection was measured by qRT-PCR. (B, C) The expression of HIF-1α and NF-κB in BEAS-2B cells following different treatments was measured by qRT-PCR.
