Nampt promotes osteogenic differentiation and lipopolysaccharide-induced interleukin-6 secretion in osteoblastic MC3T3-E1 cells

NMN and SRT 1720 promoted osteogenic differentiation after LPS treatment. Cells were cultured in 100 μM NMN or 5 μM SRT 1720 with 100 ng/mL LPS for 7 days. (A) ELISA results showing the IL-6 levels.
