Inhibition of Notch1-mediated inflammation by intermedin protects against abdominal aortic aneurysm via PI3K/Akt signaling pathway

NLRP3 inflammasome activation was inhibited by IMD via Notch1 signaling. (A) Immunohistochemistry analysis of the protein expression of ASC in aortas of Control, AngII, AngII+IMD and AngII+DAPT mice.
