The results showed that there was a significant correlation (*P<0.05) between the expression of FANCE and reported immune-related genes (CD274, HAVCR2, CTLA4, LAG3, PDCD1, TIGIT), but no significant co-expression between PDCD1LG2 and FANCE relationship.
