(A) Western blot analysis was conducted to detect the expression of FGFR1 protein in PANC-1 and SW1990 cells after pcDNA3.1-FGFR1 or pcDNA3.1 transfection. (BE) miR-15a-5p inhibitor or NC inhibitor was transfected into CERS6-AS1-depleted PANC-1 and SW1990 cells. The transfected cells were subjected to CCK-8 assay, flow cytometry analysis, and Transwell cell migration and invasion assays to analyze cell proliferation, apoptosis, and migration and invasion, respectively. *P < 0.05 and **P < 0.01.
