Low expression of NLRP1 is associated with a poor prognosis and immune infiltration in lung adenocarcinoma patients

(A, B) The expression levels of NLRP1 in the TCGA-LUAD and GSE72094 datasets had significant positive correlations with the infiltration levels of B cells, CD4 T cells, CD8 T cells, dendritic cells, macrophages and neutrophils. (C, D) The expression of NLRP1 had a significant positive correlation with the immune score of LUAD samples based on the ESTIMATE algorithm in the TCGA-LUAD and GSE72094 datasets. (E, F) Kaplan-Meier survival curve analysis showed that patients with a higher immune score had longer overall survival time than those with a lower immune score in the TCGA-LUAD and GSE72094 datasets.
