Phosphorylated proteins were first normalized to the total amount of the same non-phosphorylated protein and then to its level in young mice. Blue represents decreased protein levels, red represents increased protein levels, and white represents no change in protein level when compared to young mice. RIG-1 expression was not detectable in brain tissue (black). Mean data are presented (n = 4-6/group).
