KEGG pathways of up- (A) and down- (B) regulated exo-mRNAs, up- (C) and down- (D) regulated exo-lncRNA co-expressed mRNAs, up- (E) and down- (F) regulated exo-lncRNA co-located mRNAs, mRNAs targeted by DE exo-miRNAs (G) and derived from DE exo-circRNAs (H).
