Hypoxia-induced microRNA-155 overexpression in extracellular vesicles promotes renal cell carcinoma progression by targeting FOXO3

Hypoxia-induced RCC cell-derived EVs promote RCC progression by suppressing FOXO3. (A) FOXO3 localization was assessed by Western blotting, and data were quantified. The results revealed that hypoxia-induced EVs were able to significantly reduce nuclear and cytoplasmic FOXO3 expression.
