lncRNA OGFRP1 promotes tumor progression by activating the AKT/mTOR pathway in human gastric cancer

The knockdown of OGFRP1 inhibited the proliferation in human gastric cancer cells. (A) The expression of OGFRP1 in cells transfected with OGFRP1 specific-siRNA (KD) or control siRNA (NC) was determined by qPCR.
