Regulation of PINX1 expression ameliorates lipopolysaccharide-induced lung injury and alleviates cell senescence during the convalescent phase through affecting the telomerase activity

PINX1 regulated NF-κB p65 expression and the telomerase activity via directly interacting with TERT. The expression of TERT, PINX1, and NF-κB p65 on (A) D3 and (B) D14 was determined using western blot analysis.
