Development and validation of a RNA binding protein-associated prognostic model for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma

Immunohistochemistry (IHC), mutations and verification results in the prognosis-related RBPs. The protein levels of (A) CELF2, (B) EZH2 and (C) SIDT1 were determined by immunohistochemistry using indicated antibodies in HPA database, the staining strengths were annotated as Not detected, Low, Medium and High.
