Exosomes derived from miR-1228 overexpressing bone marrow-mesenchymal stem cells promote growth of gastric cancer cells

miR-1228 targets and regulates MMP-14.  (A) Dual-luciferase reporter assay confirmed that there were targeted binding sites between miR-1228 and MMP-14. (B) Relative expression of MMP-14 mRNA in gastric cancer cells (transfected with sh-MMP-14, si-MMP-14, si-NC, or sh-MMP-14+miR-1228-mimics) after co-culture with exosomes.
