LncRNA SUMO1P3 acts as a prognostic biomarker and promotes hepatocellular carcinoma growth and metastasis

SUMO1P3 silencing induced HCC cell apoptosis in vitro. MHCC97H and HepG2 cells were not transfected (control) or transfected with siSUMO1P3-2 or siNC.
