Silencing long noncoding RNA NEAT1 alleviates acute liver failure via the EZH2-mediated microRNA-139/PUMA axis

LncRNA NEAT1 was upregulated in ALF. (A) RT-qPCR was used to analyze the lncRNA NEAT1 levels in human serum samples. Healthy control (HC): n = 11. ALF: n = 35.
