Long non-coding RNA FEZF1-AS1 promotes the proliferation and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma via targeting miR-107/Wnt/β-catenin axis

Downregulation of FEZF1-AS1 inhibited the tumor growth in vivo by targeting miR-107/Wnt/β-catenin axis. SNU-398 cells were divided into four groups, normal saline group, sh-NC group, sh–FEZF1-AS1 group, and sh–FEZF1-AS1 + OE-β-catenin group.
