Integrated analysis of long noncoding RNAs and mRNA expression profiles reveals the potential role of lncRNAs in early stage of post-peripheral nerve injury in Sprague-Dawley rats

RT-qPCR verification of selected differentially expressed lncRNAs and mRNAs. Three lncRNA-mRNA interaction pairs were selected from the lncRNA-mRNA network constructed in axongenesis GO term, and their expression, expressed as fold change value compared with control group (omitted), were verified using RT-qPCR (red bar). The lncRNA-mRNA pairs selected are Gdnf (A) and NONRATT015075.2 (D); Nfasc (B) and NONRATT008698.2 (E); Pmp22 (C), NONRATT004386.2 (F) and NONRATT004387.2 (G).
