LncRNA LOC100129620 promotes osteosarcoma progression through regulating CDK6 expression, tumor angiogenesis, and macrophage polarization

LncRNA LOC100129620 is upregulated in osteosarcoma lung metastasis tissue and osteosarcoma cell lines. (A) Heatmap analysis of the changes of gene expression in osteosarcoma bone primary tissues and osteosarcoma lung metastases.
