Huh7 liver cells were treated with control medium (i.e., Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium, DMEM), 10K-1 or 10K-2 for 4 hrs, prior to Western blot analysis. (B) Protein intensity was evaluated by densitometry and normalized against actin. (C) Sub-fraction 10K-2 inhibits the mTOR pathway in IMR-90 cells.
