Inhibition of CXCR2 plays a pivotal role in re-sensitizing ovarian cancer to cisplatin treatment

Figure 3. CXCR2 comprises persistent nuclei anomalous expression cisplatin resistant OC cells. Immunofluorescence assays were performed to investigate cellular localization of CXCR2 expression in OC cells. CXCR2 antibody (red) whereas cellular nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue); images where further merged to facilitate cellular localization analysis. Cells were plated at same density (left column of Figure). As previously demonstrated, CXCR2 was overexpressed in ACRP cells in comparison with A2780 cells (middle column of Figure). N=3.
