Deglycosylated EpCAM regulates proliferation by enhancing autophagy of breast cancer cells via PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway

(A, B) MCF-7 cells were incubated with 100 nM Wortmannin 200 nM Rapamycin for 12 hr after transfected with M-EpCAM plasmid. Expression of apoptosis related proteins Caspase 3, Bcl2 and Bax were detected with the method of Western blot. (C, D) MDA-MB-231 cells were incubated with 100 nM Wortmannin 200 nM Rapamycin for 12 hr after transfected with M-EpCAM plasmid. Expression of apoptosis related proteins Caspase 3, Bcl2 and Bax were detected with the method of Western blot.
