Two-way ANOVA showed significant effects of follicle type and group (p < 0.05), but no significant interaction. Both recovery groups exhibited persistently reduced primordial, primary, and antral follicles, with sustained atresia, confirming the stability of the POF model up to 4 weeks post-induction.
