Association of mRNA expression of distinct CBXs family members with tumor grades of HCC patients. mRNA expressions of 8 CBXs family members were significantly related to tumor grades, and as tumor grade increased, the mRAN expressions of CBXs tended to be higher. The highest mRNA expressions of CBX1/3/4/5/6/8 were found in tumor grade 4 (A, C-F, H), while the highest mRNA expression of CBX2 was found in grade 3 (B).
