Prognostic value of prostaglandin I2 synthase and its correlation with tumor-infiltrating immune cells in lung cancer, ovarian cancer, and gastric cancer

(B) PTGIS expression was significantly negatively related to tumor purity and the levels of infiltrating B cells but has no significant correlations with the levels of infiltrating CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, neutrophils, and dendritic cells in OV. PTGIS expression showed a very weak positive correlation with macrophage infiltration in OV (n = 537). (C) PTGIS expression had no significant correlations with tumor purity and the levels of infiltrating B cells but had significant positive correlations with the levels of infiltrating CD8+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, macrophages, neutrophils, and dendritic cells in STAD (n= 407).
