PTPN2 negatively regulates macrophage inflammation in atherosclerosis

PTPN2 inhibitor XIX mimics the effects of PTPN2 deletion in THP-1 cells. (A) Expression of PTPN2 in THP-1 cells with different concentration of XIX were detected by IB assay.
