MiR-205 suppressed the malignant behaviors of breast cancer cells by targeting CLDN11 via modulation of the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition

Over-expression of miR-205 inhibited the malignant behaviors of breast cancer cells. (A) The proliferation of MCF7 and MDA-MB-231 cells with the transfection of control miRNA or miR-205 mimic as determined by the CCK-8 assay. (B) Over-expression of miR-205 promoted the apoptosis of MDA-MB-231 cells. (C) Over-expression of miR-205 regulated the expression of biomarkers of EMT in MDA-MB-231 cells.
